How to have a productive morning?

Begin Early
Waking up early in the morning is a very good life-style habit to develop. The time when you should be waking up certainly depends on your bedtime. Have at least seven-eight hours of sleep. If you are going to bed at eleven, wake up around 6-7 in the morning. Doing so will make you feel more energized, and inspired for the day. Keep an alarm ring that isn't too disturbing, rather pleasant.
Begin with a smile.
No matter how sad, depressed, anxious, happy, or excited you are, always begin your day with a smile ! It will instantly make you happy and excited. Stretch yourself to the fullest, and have trust. It is a new day, a new chance and a new hope. Forever be grateful for the same and try your best to utilize your day to the maximum.
Let the sunshine through...
As soon as the alarm goes off, make sure to open your windows, and let the sunshine come in and fill your entire room and soul. It will make you feel more energized. Breathe in the fresh air and gaze outside the window for a while.
Make your bed.
You have woke up, smiled, felt the sun and now what's next? Make your bed. This may not feel like a big thing, but it certainly can be very helpful. Once you make your bed, you will have the feeling of triumph and pride. It will help you keep the room cleaned. You have accomplished your first task of the day and it will surely make you motivated.
Refresh your mind and body.
Now, it's time for you to take a good bath, brush your teeth and get ready for the day. After doing so, you will feel refreshed and overall good. Please try meditating for a few minutes and take slow breathes. You will feel calm and pleasant. Slight exercising in the morning can also help you a lot more than you realize.
Plan your day
This is one of the most helpful things you can do to yourself. Plan your entire day, Schedule all your work. Make sure to take frequent breaks, and Prioritize all your things. You can find further tips on the same in our previous posts.
Listen to your favorite music.
You may or may not have the time to do so. If you have the time and if you feel like doing so- listen to your favorite music, and take in every bit of the empowering songs you are listening to. You may also of course listen while doing any of your early morning chores.
Have your breakfast.
Please have your breakfast, even if you are in a hurry. Do not leave your stomach empty for a long time. Try eating healthy food in the morning too ! It will keep you fueled for the day. Taking all your meals at the right time is very good for your body.
