Technology will save or destroy the World?

• “Technology is a gift of God. It is the mother of civilizations, of arts and of sciences.”

• Ever thought about the world we live in? How much it has changed, from its time of creation? Our World is ever changing, and the main reason for it is development, and this in turn is because of technology. 

• All that we do in our daily lives involve technology. We are able to see each other and talk to each other, even when we are far apart. That's how much technology has changed our lives and it will continue to. Change is inevitable. 

• Technology will save our world...and that is for sure. We must also assure that we as responsible citizens wisely have control over it.

• Only if we make good use of the nature around us, and the Technologies already in existence, will we be able to move forward. 

• We have always dreamt of flying cars, and this is possible only with the help of artificial intelligence.... AGI can be hugely transformative. If we look past at World history, we find that there were many possibilities of the World ending, but we are still alive, and this is owing to the fact that technology supported us, and that us humans invented many things for our own well-being... Perhaps, we might have taken a leap way too fast, and fallen, but... if we take the leap slowly, all is well. 

• Humans rely upon it, we need it. The invention of electricity, telephone, Television and of course the internet were really life changing...for all of us. It has improved our quality of life.

• We are able to get information at our fingertips. IT is a very dominant aspect of our lives.

• In this current pandemic situation, it is the biggest desire to develop a vaccine and resume our normal way of living. Again, only possible with advanced Technology.

• We should use technology to support the Environment, to make best use of all that nature has to offer us. Like, Solar panels, Wind mills, hydroelectricity will be advantageous to us. They are the other alternatives for non-renewable source of energy. 

• But....to every coin there are two different sides. Technology, if taken care of properly, will benefit us in a really good way but if not...well, let's say it will take over the world... as science and research expand, it has become easier for technology to cause destruction on a massive scale. Nuclear Weapons, bio-chemical warfare and other military equipment are all a threat to the progress of human civilization. We must master to control technology towards positive developments and well-being...

• For example: Electric Vehicles will be very useful. It will help to maintain a sustainable and eco-friendly environment. Satellites and Space Missions will aid us to uproot other civilizations across the universe, we might after all encounter other species from different planet.

• With genetic engineering, disease and draught resistant plants are developed. Agriculture will take a huge leap forward, with viable and enduring progress.

• “ANY SUFFICIENTLY ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY IS INDISTINGUISHABLE FROM MAGIC.”

• Even at this Covid-19 situation, when we are forced to be six feet apart, we are still connected, we are still social. Again how? Because of technology.
